Phormiun tenax bronze is a bold evergreen ornamental perennial valued for its long, sword-shaped foliage in rich bronze to reddish-brown tones. Its upright, architectural growth habit adds height, texture and strong colour contrast to garden spaces, making it an excellent choice for borders, containers, feature planting and modern landscaping. Phormiun tenax bronze grows well in full sun to partial shade and performs best in fertile, well-drained soil. A sunny position helps enhance its rich foliage colour, while adding compost or other organic matter when planting encourages strong establishment and healthy growth. Its evergreen foliage provides year-round structure and interest. Looking for bronze foliage plants or ornamental perennials near me?
