RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This policy applies to all entities within the CND Nursery Group and complies with the Consumer Protection Act.
1. Perishable Goods
Plants are considered perishable goods and are not eligible for return once accepted, unless defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect item
The customer must notify the CND Nursery Group within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
The supplying entity may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A partial or full refund
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Plant loss due to improper care
- Environmental conditions
- Minor variations in size or appearance
- Delays outside of control
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
